Guest Teachers Vacancies Delhi 

Directorate of Education, Delhi Government has issued circulars for the appointment of guest faculties in Governments schools of Delhi. The Circular has been uploaded on the official website of Directorate of Education, Delhi Government. As we know, there is a dearth of teachers in the government schools, the DoE hires guest faculties to fulfil the number of teachers in a session. As the Guest Teachers Vacancies gets underway, the guest faculties will teach the students till then. Hence the circular invites application from the interested youth candidates to fill the form for constituting a panel of guest teachers who would be asked to fill up if and when there is any need in any government school.

Note:

Those Teachers who have already applied for the post of the Guest Faculty or have worked as guest faculty in the academic year 2016-17 need not fill the application as their application is already with the Directorate. If not serving, the department will call them when a vacancy comes up.

Guest Teachers Vacancies  in Subjects

The application form has been invited for the guest faculty in the following subjects:

1. Physical Education
2. Drawing
3. Music
4. Domestic science
5. Special Education

The above-mentioned subjects holders are required to go through the link on the website of Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi.

Important information as per the Guest Teachers Vacancies in Delhi

The engagement of the guest teachers are subject to following rules and regulations:

1. The department will engage them in purely ad-hoc basis. They will be paid on a daily basis till the vacancies are not filled in that school.
2. Guest teachers shall not be entitled to regular appointments.
3. The candidates so engaged shall not claim salary, allowances, leaves, facilities and other benefits accruing to the regular teachers.
4. The candidates so engaged as Guest Teachers shall not file any court case regarding salary and regularisation etc.
5. Directorate of Education will maintain a wait list I panel of candidates to meet any requirement in the Academic Year 2017-18 Engagement of Guest Teachers will be done as and when required by School or the concerning District.
6. Reservations and age relaxations to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and Disabled persons will be given as per Govt. orders.
7. The certificate of OBC should be issued by authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi Certificate issued by any State/UT will be considered for SC/ST candidates.
8. The candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped category (Ortho + VH only) must possess "Disability Certificate" issued by a Government Hospital.
9. Willing candidates may register themselves with anyone District of choice online on our website www.edudel.nic in from 26/05/2017 (11.00 AM) to 15.06.2017 up to 6:00 PM).
10. Submission of applications other than online shall not be entertained and any deviation in 1 this regard shall lead to summary rejection.
11. Applicants are instructed not to send any hard copy of the application to this Department
