North America is the third largest continent; following Asia arid Africa. It is the world’s most’ prosperous continent and leads all the continent in international trade, A group of islands, known as the ‘West Indies’ are also included in this continent. The maize plant probably originated in South Mexico. Mexico leads the whole world in the production of Silver. The Panama Canal connects two great oceans - the Atlantic and the pacific.
